Hi everybody,
I have recently started a bioinformatics project at university. It is about cooperation of bacteria so I want to deal with a large number (1000+) of objects in medium producing proteins and exchanging them using diffusion. The sophisticated implementation of diffusion in COMSOL is the reason for trying it this way
I started today with some tests and ended up with a 2D model, where a single small circle being a bacterium emitted substances into its environment. What I did not see was a possibility to make this geometric object a template for bacteria so I could easily create many of them spread around in space. Is there a way to create templates in COMSOL?
What would be your alternative approach to this multi-agent problem?
Thank you very much for your advice!
Damian
