Hello,
I have a two-port SAW device and I would like to plot scattering parameters (mainly S12) in a frequency dependent fashion. I was having trouble integrating the RF module, so I initially tried just plotting the admittance vs. frequency (pzd.Y11) on the input port. I am getting some very odd results: namely a negative admittance at some frequency points. Do you know what might be causing this effect? I have attached my model to this comment, along with some plots of Y11 versus frequency (since the simulation can take some time to run).
The geometry at this point is trying to model 2 10-electrode IDTs separated by 100um with infinite boundary conditions in the x direction, and a fixed boundary 25 um down in y.
Thank you for your help,
-Dominic Labanowski
